Shipping policy

We offer secure delivery across the UK using a trusted specialist bike courier. Our door-to-door delivery covers mainland UK so if you are outside that please contact us to see if it will cost any more to deliver to your location.

With our standard door-to-door delivery service your eBike is delivered in a carton with a tool kit and quick start instructions. You remove the bike from carton, attach the pedals, turn and adjust handlebar. Charge the battery and you are ready to ride.

With the Ready to Ride Service (extra cost option) your eBike is delivered without carton and the pedals and handlebar are fitted. Just charge the battery and ride.
